Failed S-300 Rocket Launch
The S-300 is a series of long range surface-to-air missiles developed by the former Soviet Union. They were built to help prevent American hostilities in Soviet airspace. Now they are used in roughly a dozen nations worldwide.

While it is unclear as to the exact origins of this video, it is believed to have been leaked from the Chinese military. Other sources attribute it to the Russian forces. Please post any additional information you may have in the comments.
