Frightening. I live in Lower Mainland British Columbia and we are quite overdue for a major earthquake. We don't have the extreme tsunami danger Japan faced but if the same magnitude and depth of earthquake landed here, I'm sure we would see similar pictures from Vancouver.

Pictures like these really open your eyes and beg you to not become complacent, thinking "Im glad that doesn't happen here." The fact is that an earthquake like this has not YET happened here. Its only a matter of time.
